Shipping Policy

Shipping area

utaniluxe.com currently ships to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories via USPS or UPS. We are working on international shipping and will announce it on our journal once available.

Processing time

In-stock pieces are inspected, packaged and dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Made-to-order or resized pieces may take 5–10 additional business days; we will email you an updated timeline if your order includes one.

Delivery time & cost

Standard U.S. shipping is always complimentary, on every order, with no minimum spend.

• Standard shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch
• Expedited shipping (select ZIP codes): 2–4 business days, calculated at checkout

Tracking & insurance

Every order ships fully insured with a tracking number, emailed to you as soon as your package leaves our studio. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact info@utaniluxe.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will replace or refund it.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and re-shipment costs for undeliverable packages returned to us due to an incorrect address are the customer's responsibility.
