Return & Refund Policy

Return window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking confirmation. Both opened and unopened physical products are eligible for return, subject to the condition below.

Return condition

To qualify for a full refund, a returned piece must be:

• Unworn, with no signs of resizing, engraving or alteration
• In its original Utani Luxe pouch and packaging
• Accompanied by its original order number or receipt

Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless the piece arrived defective. Engraved, resized and made-to-order pieces are final sale.

How to start a return

Email info@utaniluxe.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will send a prepaid return label for U.S. orders and confirm once your return is received. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection.

Exchanges

Need a different ring size or finish? Let us know when you request your return and we will prioritize the exchange as soon as the original piece is received back at our studio.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact info@utaniluxe.com within 7 days with a photo of the piece and packaging. We will replace it at no cost to you.
